About Mphasis
Mphasis F1 Foundation is an independent charitable trust with a charter to support innovative programs that work towards the inclusive development of society.
As front-runners in technology-led solutions, Mphasis' corporate social responsibility (CSR) works for socially excluded and economically disadvantaged groups through disruptive and tech-based solutions in the areas of education (improving learning outcomes) , livelihood (improving employability and income generation), inclusion (empowering people belonging to the target group) and sustainability (engineering climate sustainability)
Mphasis CSR programs expand across its geographies of operation as well as disaster affected regions in India.
Mphasis CSR is committed to bringing social change by applying the power of technology and disruptive solutions. With a strong belief that technology can play a transformational role for positive outcomes in the areas of education, livelihood creation, equitable development and sustainability, Mphasis CSR has undertaken several programs across these four focus areas.

Past Programs
In an attempt to understand and evaluate the broader benefits and effectiveness of CSR projects as experienced by the stakeholders, third-party impact assessments are carried out annually. Through these studies and reports, we are able to evaluate the progress made in F1 Foundation’s areas of focus and identify new areas of growth. The CSR impact assessment methodology followed in these studies complies to The Companies (CSR Policy) Amendment Rules 2021 and The Companies Act 2013.

Setup Mphasis-DEF Integrated Digital Clusters that improved livelihood of handloom weavers
Started Arivu-Disha program that has improved English-learning for over 4000 students
Realigned CSR strategy with tech-centric programs in education, livelihood, and inclusion
Won Disability Matters Asia Pacific Award for mobility solutions for the disabled
Enrolled more disabled children into regular schooling with Fourth Wave Foundation
Enhanced employability and entrepreneurship of 1084 women & youth via AALAMBA project
Set up Office of disability services at IIM Bangalore
Partnered with NCPEDP to recognize stellar work in Universal Design
Trained 260 people with disabilities for ITES jobs and 72% of trainees were placed
Setup Project Communicate to provide vocational training for the disabled
